Pre-School (Tots) Gymnastics
Tots: Pre-School classes are co-ed for 3 and 4 year olds (5 year olds are welcome if they are in 1/2 day school)
Tots classes are held during the school year on Friday mornings, 10am, 11am, 12noon. We try to group children by developmental level.
Classes are 45 min long and the children are introduced to elementary tumbling skills and body shapes, as well as a wide variety of hanging, supporting, balance, and motor skills involving bars, beams, trampolines, ladders and parachutes.
This class costs $200 for a 16 week session. (no Summer classes)
Tweeners Gymnastics
Tweeners: Ages 5 to 6, co-ed
Classes are 45 min long and are currently held Tuesdays from 5:00-5:45pm. (Summer, Thursdays from 9-10am)
Tweeners Gymnastics is for youngsters making the transition from Tots into the Beginner/Developmental ranks. Tweeners course content is listed with Beginners/Developmental.
This class costs $215 for a 16 week session (12 week Summer)
Beginning/Developmental Gymnastics
Developmental Girls/Boys: Ages 6 and up. Gym classes are conducted Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:45-4:45pm. You may sign your child up for one or two times a week, your choice. (Summer, M/W, 8:45-10:00am)
Ninja Boys/Girls & Tumbling/Trampoline/Diving: Ages 8 and up. Class is conducted on Mondays from 3:45-4:45pm. You may sign your child up for one or two times a week, your choice. (Summer, Tuesdays from 8:45-10:00am)
Beginning/Developmental classes are primarily working elementary tumbling skills supplemented by rope climbs, trampolines, bars, and vaulting with the goal of increasing their strength, balance and flexibility, thus preparing them for more advanced training in any sport, not just gymnastics!
This class costs $240 for 1x/wk, $295 for 2x/wk for a 16 week session (12 weeks Summer).
Pre-Team & Advanced Team
Gymnasts are advanced at Coach Hal’s discretion upon observation and extensive gym experience and invited to the team. Competitive team members will compete in USAG events in WY, surrounding states, and further competitions as they advance.
